Day 1 — Mapping & Sketching

In this design sprint process, I was mimicking the same process as the group sprint.

  • The primary goal and secondary goals
  • Assumptions (how could it fail questions)
  • Sprint questions to answer
  • ‘How might we’ questions
  • Map and target
In this picture, you have all the mapping that will lead to the targeted goal
On the blue sticky notes are written some question about the process
The purple sticky notes refer to some way on how students might not use the app or the feature
The ‘How Might We’ questions are written on the pink sticky notes

As you can see in picture one. I have written down all the step by step way set to the goals. You have the customer who will discover the feature then learn about it after that they will use it in a way to achieve the goals. Then in picture 2, you have the sprint questions like, how can the user get access to the information or what type of design language should be applied to the design. In picture 3 are some ways in which the user might not use the app like Covid-19, the user must prefer to not share a room or if they use another app. And in picture 4 are ‘HMW’ questions like, ‘HMW’ create a good user experience or how might we make this feature useful.

There are 18 layouts on how the pages can look like
